The amount of time and effort that everyone puts into participating in these drops should not disrespected by greedy individuals that cannot follow rules, or participate in competition respectfully. It is not fun for the other participants, and it is not fun for us to have to monitor the behavior of adults who have failed to mature enough through life to understand how their actions create a ripple effect.
Keep in mind that if we have to purchase software and apps to protect the site from predatory behavior, that it takes away from the time that we could be spending on positive projects and fun activities in the future.

When we first started our journey, one of our biggest fears was finding a platform to market and sell our Lovies/Snuggles. Ask yourself that after they post another $#%&%^% photo with their happy child and he's got a smug face that could just.... light up the world and empty your darkened soul of all its hatred.
Now that we've all gotten over the anger and frustration, let's talk about the steps you can take to help increase your chances of snagging the item you want.

With that being said, Shopify charges a specific rate based on the weight of the item that does not properly reflect our shipping costs. Customers that purchased our Small Snuggles were experiencing the same charge as those purchasing our Large Snuggles. If you purchased a Small Snuggle, you should find that you have been refunded partially to reflect the cost of shipping. We will be reviewing our settings to hopefully remedy this problem. If we do not find a solution that properly addresses this problem, we might remove the shipping charge completely from the order form and apply a small increase in price to reflect our shipping costs.
Multiple Orders:
Some of our wonderful clients were able to purchase multiple items, but did so in separate orders. Lucky! We understand the necessity for this to be an option, as it enables our clients to have the opportunity to get the item they desire most before it is sold out. For clients that ordered multiple items within the same drop, we will be issuing refunds on shipping costs that reflect our shipping expenses.

We will be looking at ways to improve this process for our customers as we increase our customer base, and improve our business processes.
At this time, we will be updating the inventory on our site at a specific time and date. We will be informing all of our customer on our social media platforms and our subscribed friends via email of expected Drop dates. Once the inventory is updated, you will have the opportunity to purchase the specified inventory for that drop. Once the inventory runs out, our customers will have to wait for more information on the next expected drop date. Our goal is to make Large and Small snuggles available at every drop.

Thank you so much for visiting our site and supporting our small business. I’m Rachel, the maker of these snuggle buddies and their minis. My boyfriend acts as the tech genius and general wrangler of "Crazy," aka our daughter Charlotte, who is your official snuggle tester.
My inspiration draws from the animals I loved growing up and am still mildly obsessed with (don’t go to my Facebook, it’s all otter videos). I love creating these. I love the whole process from sketch to finished friend.
I am such a stickler for process. I hand sew each of their faces. Every eye will look different, every bunny ear not the same as the other. In creating these, I think back to my own baby blanket. The faded yellow, satin falling off the edges, knit blanket I so lovingly referred to as gankie. I want that for your little. I want my daughter's otter to be so trashed by the time she’s 5, that its face is no longer cream and the fur is falling out. That is when I’ll know she feels the same as I did growing up. That’s the amount of love going into each of these. Faded, falling apart gankie level.
